These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dr. Greg website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Purpose of the Service
Dr. Greg provides informational guidance and general insights related to home maintenance, construction, repairs, and related topics.
The Service does not provide professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to engineering, architectural, electrical, plumbing, legal, or safety advice.
All information is provided for general informational purposes only.
You must consult qualified, licensed professionals before performing any work that may involve risk, safety, compliance, or legal obligations.
2. No Professional or Advisory Relationship
Use of the Service does not create any professional, advisory, fiduciary, or contractual relationship.
You acknowledge that:
- The Service does not replace professional inspection or evaluation.
- Any actions you take based on the Service are taken at your own discretion and risk.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information.

5. Payments & Subscriptions
5.1 Subscriptions
Some features of the Service may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions:
- Are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
- Automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Pricing, billing cycle, and included features are disclosed at the time of purchase.
5.2 App Store & Google Play Billing
If you subscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play:
- Payments are processed by the respective platform.
- Subscription management, cancellation, and refunds are governed by Apple’s or Google’s policies.
- Dr. Greg does not directly control billing or refunds handled by these platforms.
5.3 Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not retroactively refund past payments, except where required by law.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change pricing or subscription terms with reasonable notice, where required.
6. User Content License
You may submit text, images, or other content (“User Content”) when using the Service.
By submitting User Content, you grant Dr. Greg a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to:
- Use, process, store, display, and analyze the content.
- Improve and operate the Service.
You represent that:
- You own or have rights to the content you submit.
- Your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
- We do not claim ownership of your User Content.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dr. Greg and its operators shall not be liable for any:
- Direct or indirect damages.
- Property damage.
- Personal injury.
- Financial or economic loss.
- arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service.
- Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
